Cobb Style Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of bacon
  • 2 cans of chunked chicken
  • 3 hardboiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • sliced avocado, baby romaine (for serving)
  • bread of choice
  1. Fry your bacon slices and then degrease using a papertowel to blot off the excess grease
  2. Deshell your hardboiled eggs and small dice
  3. Using a ziploc bag, crush your pecans with a meat mallet to desired piece size
  4. Chop bacon slices to “bacon bit” size
  5. Small dice 1/4 cup of onion
  6. Mix together all ingredients including seasoning in a bowl
  7. Top your chicken salad with sliced avocado and baby romaine on your choice of bread (we love Dave’s Killer Bread)
  8. ENJOY!!
