
Ingredients
- 4 pieces of bacon
- 2 cans of chunked chicken
- 3 hardboiled eggs
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup onions
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- sliced avocado, baby romaine (for serving)
- bread of choice
- Fry your bacon slices and then degrease using a papertowel to blot off the excess grease
- Deshell your hardboiled eggs and small dice
- Using a ziploc bag, crush your pecans with a meat mallet to desired piece size
- Chop bacon slices to “bacon bit” size
- Small dice 1/4 cup of onion
- Mix together all ingredients including seasoning in a bowl
- Top your chicken salad with sliced avocado and baby romaine on your choice of bread (we love Dave’s Killer Bread)
